Kellie L. McKee


Kellie McKee has over ten years of civil litigation experience, with expertise in personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation, construction law, and legal malpractice.

Kellie is a graduate of Southern Methodist University - Dedman School of Law.  During law school, she clerked for the Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Kellie also worked in the SMU Civil Law Clinic.

Kellie also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. Before becoming a lawyer, Kellie worked as a health care administrator. Her background in healthcare provides her an understanding of the often-complex medical, insurance and billing issues in the cases she prosecutes.

Kellie is admitted to the Texas State Bar, licensed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

In addition to her legal work, Kellie is actively involved in local government in Rowlett, Texas, where she has served on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commission, the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Board of Adjustment, and the Charter Review Commission.
