Acquisition of private aircraft
Our clients asked us to assist them in the purchase of a large business jet. We assembled a team of nationally recognized aviation transaction attorneys and accountants. We worked to ensure compliance with all FAA rules and regulations and maximized savings per IRS codes and rulings. We orchestrated the financing and worked diligently for a smooth closing. Wheels up.
Purchase of land and real estate holdings
We have assisted our clients in purchasing vacation properties and second and third homes. We work closely with brokers, lenders, inspectors, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the transactions are proper, complete, and in our clients’ best interest. We are trusted to be smart advocates with boots on the ground — when our clients cannot always be present.
