Kellie L. McKee


Kellie McKee has over ten years of civil litigation experience, with expertise in personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation, construction law, and legal malpractice.

Kellie is a graduate of Southern Methodist University - Dedman School of Law. During law school, she clerked for the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Kellie also worked in the SMU Civil Law Clinic.

Kellie also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. Before becoming a lawyer, Kellie worked as a health care administrator. Her background in healthcare provides her with an understanding of the often-complex medical, insurance, and billing issues in the cases she prosecutes.

Kellie is licensed to practice in Texas. She has also been admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

In addition to her legal work, Kellie is actively involved in local government in Rowlett, Texas, where she has served on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commission, the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Board of Adjustment, and the Charter Review Commission.
